Uni Foodi is a food truck which travels to different university campuses to promote healthy eating for mental health, with a prime focus on the Mediterranean diet.

The Uni Foodi truck will provide affordable healthy meals to students as well as information resources for healthy eating and its connection to mental health. Similar to the concept of the Mediterranean diet, the food truck also projects a vibrant, positive atmosphere and encourages socializing between students.

Uni Foodi’s social media also promotes key dates and locations the truck will visit throughout the year. It will also be an interactive way students can keep up and be reminded of the mental health benefits of healthy eating, even at times when the truck is not visiting.

The food packaging of the truck is designed to continue the theme of mental health and healthy eating. Each packaging item contains a fact around healthy eating and mental health. Along with the packaging, the Uni Foodi pamphlet is also a take home source of information around the food truck’s philosophy surrounding healthy eating, the Mediterranean diet and mental health.
